Honeywell rth7400 keeps turning furnace on?
I just installed a Honeywell RTH7400 programmable thermostat. I did go through and make sure the settings are for my furnace (2 stage heat 1 stage cool). I have the heat set at 62 and the temperature says its currently at 62 but it keeps kicking in anyway. It will stay off for about a minute or so and then kick right back in. I know this can’t be saving me energy. Help!!
Make sure the settings are correct in the system setup menu for functions 240 and 270, these are the cycle rates for heating.
